Hi, I'm Luca.
I needed to be focused on the computer for my PhD research. I knew I should track my time to improve my productivity, but in practice, it is a pain to do it. I built an early version called TrackAttApp and shared it with the productivity community.
But for many people, it wasn't enough. In times where every company is trying to conquer your attention and reduce to zero your productivity, you want to have a tool to fight back. Our goal is not only to help you track how you spend your attention, but also to help you train your tenacity, help you train your capacity to stick to what you want to do.
We made this app to make it easier for us. We hope it helps you too.

Hello there! I'm Ted.
I have lost months, no YEARS, of my life mindlessly seeking the next easy dopamine hit. I'm passionate about making the world a better place, but I can't do that if I'm distracted all the time.
At first I thought the problem was emotional, and I fixed it with therapy and personal growth... to an extent. Then I thought the problem was physical, and I fixed it with nutrition and exercise... to an extent.
What's left? Behavioral conditioning: Habit loops, dopamine cycles, reward-prediction error... A complex, belief-driven, context-dependent mess that needs real-time monitoring and feedback to retrain. I reached out to Luca on a productivity forum and we teamed up to make retraining our computer habits achievable at low or zero cost.
